Store Policies:
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free domestic returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted, sample, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be in original (received) condition, and functional (if applicable).
- Items should be returned in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on all items, including packaging. To initiate a return:
- Reply to your order confirmation email with a request about which order number and items within that order you would like to return.
- Request and print return shipping label.
- Send all items back to us using the provided label.
Your order will be proceed when we receive the returned items. International customers may need to pay additional shipping fees to process a return. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Damaged or lost items will not be refunded.
Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotional sales are final, and not eligible for return. Only discounts with an associated and active code will be honored.
