Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to store@millibyte.io. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost. Any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our cheapest standard delivery is excluded.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment you used originally, unless you agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
