Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Email store@millibyte.io with your order number and we will send return instructions.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition
- Returned in the original packaging, including the antistatic bag, with all accessories
- Free of solder, cut traces, attached components or other modification
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We refund the price of the goods plus the standard outbound shipping you paid. Expedited shipping upgrades are not refunded.
Faulty or dead-on-arrival items
If a board arrives faulty or fails within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping. Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault.
Damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, electrostatic discharge, soldering or modification is not covered.
Import duties on returns
Import duties and taxes you paid to a carrier are not refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them directly from your national customs authority once the goods are returned, so keep your charge receipt.
Your statutory rights
European Union. You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You also have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
United Kingdom. You have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These statutory rights apply in addition to this policy, and nothing here limits them. Where this policy is more generous, the more generous term applies.
